Ransomed by Christ, a lover of His glory, married to a dreamboat, mama to the cutest baby in the universe. An introvert who hates loneliness, a teacher but perpetually a student, rather loud, rather mischievous, rather crazy about my husband, deeply blessed, the owner of too many books, getting crunchier all the time.
I love my family and church, the holy Scriptures, truth and beauty, walking barefoot, fresh produce, good literature, dancing up a sweat, taking care of people, Bach and Chopin, Jonathan Edwards, questioning the status quo, educating myself, good handwriting, laughing until I cry, NPR, squishy little babies (especially mine), lavender and rosemary, red pens, pearls and shirtdresses, organizing cabinets, snuggling on the couch, snarky comments, being ridiculous.
And I love to talk. This blog is one way that I can to talk to friends far and near. I can share discoveries, tell stories, ask questions . . . and have fun doing it.
